I searched and couldn't find a way to make every subclass available to all players. Example, Delf able to have elf subclasses. Is there an easy way to do this? Thank you

you would need to modify the core for this to change.
net.sf.l2j.gameserver.model.base.PlayerClass and look for subclasseSet and getAvailableSubclasses
