There was a minor typo in the name of the stable build, it should say STABLE instead of "Unstable", it was reported by Tan few days ago, it's already fixed.

Old branches don't have builds anymore. Download and compile the source yourself.
L2J Interlude is bad tho, you'd be better off finding a fork that has done something with it.
