There was a minor typo in the name of the stable build, it should say STABLE instead of "Unstable", it was reported by Tan few days ago, it's already fixed.

We are not building them anymore, so updates from legacy chronicles are only available through SVN.

For example Interlude update to Java 8.

I tried to download some of them via SVN, but I have failed to do it with Netbeans (by following your Video Guide)
I tried to report this at the news page, but my comment was deleted

I see most has this problem too. Is file present there?
However no problems with L2J Data Pack download.
