Re: Problem with eclipse
Well, could be a bug on your side or on their side.
If it doesn't disappear soon, try using subversive instead of subclipse.
I wrote a guide on how to set up Eclipse with subversive: http://www.l2jserver.com/wiki/Setup_Ecl ... #SVN_Setup
you just need to uninstall subclipse (Help>About Eclipse>Installation details...>Subclipse>uninstall) and install subversive following my guide.

If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.

Re: Problem with eclipse
Well then it's obviously subclipse's problem.

Re: Problem with eclipse
please don't recomend users to use Subversive, I tested it and is still not comparable with Subclipse, is poor in usability and features, and even basica installation is not user friendly.jurchiks wrote:Well, could be a bug on your side or on their side.

so, later I'll update that guide from wiki to Subclipse instead of Subversive (like the one we have in trac).

Re: Problem with eclipse
I've used it for a long time and for all the things I've done it's been more than enough. I have no idea what you do but normal users don't need it.
And it's the same as subversive in the Team menu and Synchronization.

Subversive works fine. You can wait or switch to subversive, your choice.

Re: Problem with eclipse
I believe it's a problem in your side,
http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.8.x/
Works just fine for me.
Try with clean Eclipse latest classic version.

Re: Problem with eclipse
Why classic and not for Java developers?

Re: Problem with eclipse
Java developers version comes with many things that are not really used unless you do Java EE development and stuff like that, the Classic version is lighter and you can still customize itjurchiks wrote:Why classic and not for Java developers?

nobody is talking about size.jurchiks wrote:lolwut?

Eclipse Classic = Eclipse SDK (Clean Eclipse for any type of development)
so Classic is enough for all, the others bundles are just for dedicated development, that come with some things pre-installed, and other that you will not use, etc.
