Create Zone inside Another or Donut zone

As the title says I would be interested to know how to create a cylindrical area inside another or a donut-shaped cylindrical area.

Perhaps creating one zone within another could create a zone of "exclusion" of the father

Is there any GUI tool for editing zones?
