Server time change

There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

Hey guyz, I changed my Dedicaeds machine time to -6 (Most comfortable for all the players.)
I restarted the server from ingame.
The oly time and siege time remains the same as before.

WHY?

How do I properly change the server time, and is there anyway to check server time from INGME?
