Dropped item stuck issue (Ge)

Hello everyone , some players report me stucked items after they drop them for trade etc.

I check this items and my results:
Can't pick up them - no message
Packet analyzer - ActionFailPacket ID - 1F.
Their Unique Id isn't saved anywhere in database.

I wanted to try if with saved dropped items will restore "pick up" after restart but i can't reproduce and find the problem.

Any help will be appreciated , thanks.

"Latest" is not a proper revision. If you want help give the actual numbers

Geodata problems are not l2j problems.

UnAfraid i don't think that its geodata problem because i can't even Shift & Click this "stacked" Item.
