"Blacksmit Mammon" and not appear and announced

On my server in the period of the Seven Singns Merchant Mammon appears and is announced usually put the Blacksmit not appear and also is not advertised, and it is bug in configuration or appearance of Blacksmit?

The next champion in seven singns influences in question to appear or not the "Blacksmit Mammon"?
Because the problem and the fact he does not like to spawn the Merchant Mammon.

It is influenced by the seals. Avarice is for the Blacksmith and Genosis is for the Merchant of Mammon.

So to make both Mammons appear the players on your server have to participate with 35% for the Seal of Avarice and the Seal of Genosis.

To hold the Seals the players have to make sure that minimum 10 % of them are registered on the Seals.

Seal of Strife is less interesting for the Mammons.

I did not know this information .... thanks for the clarification ... then what might be happening and that staff has not registered with the seal Blacksmitt ... As my server is new has great chances that have occurred ... how can I verify that really what happened? via console I can give that GM Blacksmitt start to appear as well?

You're welcome.

As far as I know you cannot influence the seal status with gm.
Maybe you can simply spawn the Blacksmith in town or somewhere else. But I'm not sure if you can talk to the Blacksmith if the occured seal is not won.

I would just try it.
