Item settings, "Fiery Demon Blood"

Hello,

While leveling Hellbound, players noticed something odd with item 9849 "Fiery Demon Blood".
These item behave like a potion and is needed to go to some Hellbound area.
However it's not stackable and does not consume when used.

I edited the item and the related skill but when stacked, the count isn't displayed on the potion.
So I concluded that it should not be stackable (client restriction).

So I'd like to know if it should be consumed when used, and if not I'd like to know why it's possible to drop it more than once (as it just fills players inventory for nothing).

Fiery Demon Blood is droping from monsters in Steel Citadel (second floor) and its for access to Tower of Infinitium. When mob drop it on ground and you take it then you will receive buff which you need for access to next tower.

Ok, so they are supposed to behave like herbs ?
The effect should apply on pickup and the item should not come int the inventory.

Currently they come in the inventory and the effect applies only when clicking it.
