Beta and Stable version question

hello as we all know there are two svns but there is a question in my mind why do the svn sync are so late?? i can see that the last one on the database was Jul 22, 2012 this is like 3 months ago isn't this a lot of time ?

Long story short, I was doing the synchronization lately and for different reasons, I haven't been able to do it, for example we need feedback for some features and test other stuff, also we'll have to fix known bugs.
