I cant seem to find this question on the forums and I dont know how to do it.
Where can I get the System Files for my server that I will distribute to the players?
And can I make an auto account create thing? Is that even possible?

You won't find the files nor how to get them here, take a look at the rules viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2

About the accounts are auto create by default.
