Noblesse teleport not working

There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

i dont know what is wrong with this, when i click on the noblesse exclusive teleport, nothing is happening, no error, no cant find file message, nothing.
what it can be wrong with this?

hmm sorry for this usseless post, this was all my fault, i think because i am using reload commands.
