Hello,
I have tested halisha with C5, C6 and H5 clients and scralet van halisha's weapon effect works only on H5.
I don't think that it's related to IL client, because on C5 it's the same.
So, how to fix that strange issue? ;/

you can't, I remember it was fixed in a client update few time ago.
