Can't register l2jserver

QQ, I'am from Ukraine, so sorry for my english
Revision: l2jserver rev. 8724 (downloaded from your site)
I read instruction, how to installed l2jserver on my computer in l2jwiki, but i can't register him. He asked me, that he can't find servername.xml

No available names for GameServer,Verify servername.xml file exists in the LoginServer Folder 

But i found them in L2J_DataPack-unstable\login\data and L2J_DataPack-unstable\game\data.
Tell me where is my wrong and where i must put servername.xml?
