[HELP] Disable enchant class restriction

i need to know where in l2j (source, configs, db) can i disable the restriction so i can enchant any type (id) of skill armor mastery (light, heavy, robe) on any subclass, currently you can not enchant a skill armor mastery if it's not from your current class.

i'm using stackable subclass skills and i'm trying that armor mastery don't stack, i did this by changing skill id on skill_trees table but the character can not enchant the armor mastery that is not from their respective class.

any help will be much appreciated.
