Help with L2j .txt patch

Hiya again sorry for noob question but this link :http://www.l2jserver.com/wiki/Apply_a_Patch doesnt explian it enough. Ive got a txt file that is a patch and dont know what to do, the wiki says to compile we need to work in the Navigator screen. Right click on L2_Gameserver. Select Team. Select Apply Patch, where is l2_gameserver? ive got the server up a running perfect but i cant get to patch it.
Any help would be great ty!

edit: okey ive gotten as far as to patch one of the patches but the other has this heading:

but i havent got them files where are they? ive got gameserver but have got the next one model...etc so there is no where to parch it..
