[skill]npc dead bomb...

Hello, since the
8092 of the datapack, skill 4614, dead bomb npc destroy the gameplay in fog.
All mobs cast the skill every second and kill all other mobs arround them.
Ppl cant spoil and exp anymore and they are very ungry.
For the time, i downgraded the skill like it was from 3 months ago. But i think he need to be edited a little.
Maybe decrease the power, or make a reuse time cuz for now, the skill ruin the fog in my server.
