Yes, it was strange that they needed 10 or more years to find one man in a roughly small area. If they have ever wanted him that much, then they would have found him in short, like Interpol, but there were more US soldiers in that country than policemen. They never wanted to find a fictitious man. They just wanted the oil in that country. My history teacher in high school once said that USA started the war, because Iraq made an inflation in the US dollar, and they would have sold their oil for more money than it would be worth. And anyway, the twin towers might not have collapsed by just an airplane nor by two. They had a lot of and strong supporting pillars. If 2 or 3 pillars broke, there are still about 8 pillars.
