My problem is that i can access the login server but when i get to the server selection i see the server and it is online but have 9999 ping so i can join it.The only way to get on the gameserver it is use 127.0.0.1 as an ip adress so only i can log in.I use my ip adress from ipconfig because i have a router so that l2.ini have the same ip my friends i give them the ip from www.whatismyip.com and they had the same problem cant pass the server selection.
if it is neccesery my router is D-Link 2650U i have AVG Internet Security

edit your ipconfig.xml from gameserver. (the ip adresses in there should match with yours)
if you want allow players from outside your network, config port forwarding with your gameserver port to your pc on your router. set in ipconfig.xml the public ip adress from your router..(ip from www.whatismyip.com)

if you need the ip from whatismyip so it is 109.64.13.17
please help me i only can get throw the login screen and then i see the server online with 9999 ping

I need to make the server that everyone can connect and me too.so my question is editing only the ipxonfig file and leave the other configs default.
And can you tell me what I need to edit in the ipconfig file

rest as hope said.. leave default. dont change it.
..and configure your router whats it...
