Lobby problem after upgrade

Gameserver told to allow connections by client 216.

Client fully patched up.

Can connect, log on and select server.

However, in the lobby there is a problem. One character stands alone ... with the character name actually being the account name.

In the list of characters in the top left, the first character owned by the account is listed. However, on selecting it, the blue mana bar goes all the way over to the right of the screen.

Any attempt to play the game with a character results in a client error and it bombs out.

I've tried what I can to ensure that the character tables are up to date. I also used the gameserver to create a new character and made sure that all the others matched; eg. had a delete time of 0, some vitality_points and also a create time.

I even created a completely new account and created a character on it, but I've still got the same problem.

It looks like my gameserver isn't talking to the client correctly. As far as I can tell, the game server is up to date.

So I've got something wrong somewhere.

Can anyone help please?

Server is not High Five yet, it's been discussed for a long time now.
If you have clean install of Freya or High Five it won't work, you need a fully updated Freya, but not yet High Five client. Hard to find on the net these days.

AAargh. Ah well. So I've updated my client too far then.
