Character freeze (Give all Skills)

Xenon Quad...
16 Gb ram

When admin Give all Skills for char, or set AutoLearn skills - char freeze for 1-3 sec (Depending on the number skills)
When appears msg "You have learned skillCounter new skills" then char unfreez.
How fix?

It's probably better if the player doesn't do anything while getting those skills. To prevent bugging the process, you know?
Besides, you don't do that all the time, do you?

maybe, but
If I have high rate server, my players get immediately 85 lvl and 80 lvl subclass - they take many skills.... it's a bit annoying....

its because packets are executed one after one. you need search code and run it separately in other thread.
