[Help] Can't Seem To Make Server Public

Support for the latest build of L2J Server, get help here with installations, upgrades, problems.
Do not post bugs reports here, use viewforum.php?f=77 instead.
There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

I've finished all of the Core and DP work on my server so it's practically finished. However, when I set it up so that others can connect to my server, they get stuck at the loading screen.

Below is my setting information; the last 2 sections of my IP address have been removed for safety. I went through No-Ip but I thought it would be more informative to just put my IP in place rather than show the url.

From the top to the bottom:
IP Address provided by whatismyip.com
Image of login server console after finished loading the gameserver = shows it loaded my ip as external host
Image taken from my Belkin router showing ports forwarded
Client-side config from test PC, I AM 100% CERTAIN that the error is NOT client-side.

check your hosts file.
try ping, tracert, port scan.
are your router have hairpin nat?
do not modify client.
