Hi there.

I have a problem. I am trying to fix leveling of Hot Springs debuffs, but for my idea i need to find out what level of the exact skill the target already has. I was trying to find if the code doesn't already uses this somewhere but no sucsess yet. And for writing it on my own, my ideas are failing even on a logical level :/ . I am really despered about this. Could somebody help me please ?
