Is there a database where they are deployed new weapons and
armor for Freya compatible with the old server?

Old server is Epilogue, and Epilogue client doesn't have Freya weapons in it. If you're asking for client mod - fat chance, if you're asking for item stats - there's no point in applying them on Epilogue server cuz it doesn't support Freya client.
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!

but where can you download the XML stats and SQL with Freya armor and weapons?
