Admin account unconsidered?

Hi all,
I've just installed this l2j server (see up^) and I've created a new account called "Shotokan".
In the (mysql) "account" table i've edited the "accessLevel" column, setting "1" as "Administrator". (<=found looking @ access_levels table, not shure is it right)
Now, i've rebooted all the system (linux ubuntu 8.10), and nothin', really nothin' has changed.
"Shotokan" still a normal user, with no-priviledges and no-nick-coloration.
if (in game) i type "//kill" suddendly the chat reply: "command not found" or something similar.

So.. any help?
I've looked at the faq but.. nothin' found ç_ç

you must change the accesslevel in the characters table!
-1= ban character
0=default
1=Admin
...more details in access_levels table

-1= ban account
0= default
100=admin (you can login into servers with server gm only flag)

wait wait sorry i misunderstood:
have i to set "Shotokan" accessLevel to '100'?
oor..
have i to change something else in the table?
