Because it will be learn using Forgotten Scrolls as retail like.

and where you can see all Skill 80+ 83+ lvl?

on the official site (http://www.lineage2.com/Knowledge/race_ ... adventurer) does not display all Skill

There is also a nifty NPC posted in one of the topics that list all the books by class. Very useful. Search for it.
