npc`s tittle lol question but annoy in server

guys who can tell me why tittle at my npcs dont appear i set on server side 1 tittle and name but still dosent appear, i put manualy from data base and still nothing...can some1 explain me where is the problem?

if your npc have speed 0, set it more and should work.
