Hello i would like to know how can i decrease the chance of Enchanter Ability - Barrier skill?
In this line :

<set name="activationChance" val="3" /> 
what should i put instead of "3" to decrease it?

what, 3% is too big for you???
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!

Its skill ID : 655 but i think it's logic due to the fact that it is a pvp server with many buff slots and there are many players hitting the same time.Btw that was what i wanted to find out, if this is a percentage and if i could change it..Thanx for help
