1st error: you have some skills asking for a group that doesn't exist in SQL, probably a custom contribution you have added?

2nd error: are you sure you replaced new revision data files as well into gameserver folder? fresh install shouldn't have that problem

fresh install will solve both, apparently you've missed some files or updated only datapack
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!
