Orfen and Queen ant scripts error

5 days ago my server have the first Queen Ant and Orfen defated.

Today I restart the server and got error in orfen and in queen ant scripts, I'll post the log of script errors:

QueeAnt.java.error.log:
Error on: E:\Depósito\Downloads\l2j\server\gameserver\data\scripts\ai\individual\QueenAnt.java.error.log

Orfen.java.error.log:

could be memory issues, try rebooting the machine
