Hi,
1) I would like to know Which the best configuration for the server have more players online. Have here some tutorial?
2) Use geodata or no use geodata for one best performance?
3) Exists Limit of players? 1.000, 2.000 or more? If We have an excellent hardware with good conection for 5.000, 7.000 or 10.000 players, would be possible?
4) The Engine L2jServer with all structure have some limit? or the limit is in the hardware and conection of internet?

Use the search, there's enough of these threads around. Anyways,
Have a proper configuration for your database
Use a properly setup OS
Use parameters for the JVM that are suitable for your system
Obviously running without geodata saves some calculations and leaves more resources available, but that choice is yours. On a decent server running geodata shouldn't be a problem.
The number of players your server can support ofcourse depends on your hardware, alltho i can say that 10.000 will be a bit of an unrealistic number...
