[QUEST]Beginer Quest Problem

But i think it's on all revisions. And im sure it is.

When you create a new character , and enter in world. When you click on Newbie Helper or the npc near him(same newbie) it's apear "Quest" to make but when you click on "Quest" (ex: at Newbie Helper) it's nothing happening.
Can somebody give me the fix.

the problem is, the newbie quest is created on char create, but after that a logout is done and you choose your char and a new l2pcinstance is loaded but without the quest.
