ByPass in MaxConnectionPerIP = 2

I have Set MaxConnectionPerIP = 2 In loginserver.propiertis, but have users connect from cibers ect..

Need solvent my dude, l2j have bypass or right for connect more accounts and 1 ip? no change Config, MaxConnectionPerIP = 2 , need other option for allow more or account bypass.

Rocoder, i search one option for connect normally users allow the config file ( MaxConnectionPerIP = 2 ), no information for protection/restriction, thanks for this information, but no need this information.
