Delevel char problem

if i have 3rd class and i am 85 lvl and i set level to 1-39lvl(Delevel) char with admin...this char have 1 cp,hp,mp!
but if i delevel him from 85 to 40 it work fine with any problem....i think it work bcuz server have sub class system and it delevel you to 40.
plz fix it...1 hp,cp and mp it not good :/

1. do not make tests with GM char
2. Do not Dlvl under a class what you learned..afaik dlvl should have such a condition
