Are you using most updated client? your client protocol needs to be 146

what is your min and max client protocol revision in general.properties config? which client version do you use?

your client and server version aren't compatible. use latest client and dont change the min/max config! just read config description next time too before changing it!

1. check default values in general.properties config for MinProtocolRevision and MaxProtocolRevision
2. don't change the default values
3. check your client version by running following command in the system folder of the game: L2.bin -L2ProtocolVersion
4. if the client version is not same as the default value of the configs, ask on forum or try to update your client by running LineageII.exe file from root directory of game
