Seems it can't update items from database.. Are you sure your tables and access to them are fine?

Okay after i had the same problem ,i know what it is from.
Somewhere you have a created sql connection ,but its not called anywhere. This causes connection to give false and suddenly crash server..
Remove your not used connections from L2ImteInstance and you'll be fine.
