olympiad refresh

hello, i have nightly compiled pack from today (31 october) but i dont know if it's so important because i want you ask about olympiad, to be specific how to turn off skill refresh on olympiad? there is an easy way to do it without any programs? if not then someone can shut it off and send somewhere to download file witch will change it? i will be grateful, thx for reading
