Olympiad Buffs Doesnt Work

Today I made update of my server. After update buffs in oly doesn't work. Buff names are shown, but NPC doesnt give buffs
what happened?

simply re-enter the buff entries into it, they didn't include it in the revision changeset

Enter old entries to npc_buffer table? Im a newbie to l2j sorry

NPC buffer tables is like old ones. So sql must be ok, maybe html? Anyone can help me?

DP Support for Changeset 3490
Update npc_buffer SQL table manually, thanks Charus
in few words... delete the
npc_buffer table from your database and then import the new table.
