Today I made update of my server. After update buffs in oly doesn't work. Buff names are shown, but NPC doesnt give buffs
what happened?

simply re-enter the buff entries into it, they didn't include it in the revision changeset

NPC buffer tables is like old ones. So sql must be ok, maybe html? Anyone can help me?

Update npc_buffer SQL table manually , thanks Charus
in few words... delete the
npc_buffer table from your database and then import the new table.
