I tried to register dynasty and icarus recipes with lvl 9 craft and was unable to. Is this something that is not currently implemented ?

which recipes do you mean? item id? look in recipes.xml for the item id of the recipe.

All dynasty and icarus weapon recipes. I tried to register the recipes with a dwarf I double click the recipe and nothing happens. I can register lower lvl sgrade stuff, just not dynasty and icarus weapons. I am using the build from last week.

get the ids of the recipes and check if they are present in recipes.xml

9976 is the id for recipe dynasty sword. Not exactly sure where the recipe.xml is located.

in the data directory of your server.
the id is not there. that is the reason why you cannot learn the recipe. but it is also not supported by client.
probably the only supported are the 60% recipes of dynasty and icarus. dynasty sword 60% recipe has item id 9967. that one should work.
