How do I make it today? Like in this moment...

Cuz it is set in October 4, I like it to make it earlier... plzzz

not from admin panel.... if changed from admin panel... it is for one time only... i want it for every time it has siege... i want to change the time.... it is set to 3am... i want it to change it to 6 pm.... !
