Where to get Talismans

Jewelery shop talismans work perfect, but how can i get talismans from Rune Court Magician NPC in castles with 10 Knight Epaluette's ? (when press "Give Knight Epaluette's" on NPC nothing happens)
Is it not work on last L2J Releases or i have to do something more in game ?

BTW is there a other way to get talismans in game ?

than you dont have latest revision, because its done on latest rev.
A hero of war is that what they see...

yeh correct: tested and work perfect with serv. ver 3578 and DP 6668
