Skills' and commands' box

Hi. I am not sure if the following question is a client or a server problem so I am posting it here.
Every time I login into my server the 3 rows box where you store your skills/commands/scrolls/potions is on the right side of the screen. If I remember well, in other servers it was in a different places. Can somebody tell me how to fix it?

No no you did not understand me. I drag the box to a place I want but when I exit the game and then start it again the box is not at the place I left it. Every time is moving at the default position which is the right side of the screen.

My players had this problem about 1 1/2 months ago and I can't remember if updating the client or the core and dp to the latest version that fixed it. If your client is not recently updated, do it and if you're still having the issue then update your core and dp to the latest revision.

I know that the problem you described is not affecting my players atm with the latest revisions of the client and core/dp.

Finally! It was a client problem. I updated the client and everything works like a charm!

Check attributes for USER.INI and L2.INI files
