Soul cry skill + vampiric rage's herb

Hi, Im new to the forum, so, this is my first post =)

Now, the problem: A player tell me that when he is playing a buffer, he cant switch off the Soul Cry skill, and if he pick up a vampiric rage's herb, the hp and mp is rechargeing at the same time.

I do a little research, but dont find any information if this is legal, or retail like.

you have autolearn skills on probably. if you learn the next level of a TOGGLE while it's on, you must relog, die, or find a way to get your buffs nuked.

Oh, I do a search, but doesnt found anything related, sorry.

And autolearn is off. But, maybe this is the problem.

I will investigate more about =)

I think it happens when you reload skills
