Need Help with setting up server

In regards to this program I have the following files downloaded to my computer:
CT2.3_Live_152 (Lineage II Gracia Final )
java_ee_sdk-5_07-windows - - - - - - - Unzipped and ready to be installed
L2J_Server-unstable - - - - - - - - - Zipped
L2J_DataPack-unstable - - - - - - - - Zipped
mysql-essential-5.1.32-win32 - - - - - Unzipped and ready to be installed
navicat8_mysql_en - - - - - - - - - - Unzipped and ready to be installed

Not game related but sometimes helpful.
I also have TeamViewer and a Ventrilo account I can use (I have permission to give connection information)

I have Lineage II Gracia Final installed and have ran the updater.

I have created two folders one on C Drive named "Server" [ C:/Server ] and one on D Drive
named "Game Tool Box" [ D:/Game tool Box ]
All of the above files are stored on D drive in the Game tool Box folder.
I have installed the java_ee_sdk-5_07-windows
I have extracted L2J_Server-unstable and L2J_DataPack-unstable to the Server Folder
I have installed mysql-essential-5.1.32-win32 opped for Complete, opped for Standard Configuration,
Exicuted and got the following report:
Configuration file created.
Windows service MySQL installed.
Service started successfully.
Security settings applied.

I have installed navicat8_mysql_en
Made New Connection at promps:
Connection Name: localhost
Host name/IP address: localhost
Port: 3306
User name: root
Password filled in

Tested Connection: Connection Successful

opened Localhost had the following folders:
information_schema
mysql
test

I right clicked on "localhost" then clicked on "New Database" I only entered information in the top box:
"Enter database name:
l2jdb
is what I typed in, nothing else. I now have the following folders:
information_schema
l2jdb
mysql
test

This time I have stopped here and await help.
