I feel stupid for asking this question, i have searched, and i understand how to set access levels to commands, but what I don't get is 127 = acess level 1 (Admin). What do i set char. access level at for lets say access level 2 xxx = access level 2 GM
I never thought i would have to worry about other gm access levels, until now.
Thanks in advance for any help on this.
If 127 = access level 1.....

Yes.
And if you check the access_levels table, make sure the IsGm is set to 1 for that level, or he won't have GM access.

127 is not telnet access....where do you pull that information from ?
127 is the max access level you can set. With that, your character does have access to all the commands.
