Its normal, we have the RSS feeds be checked only every 10-15 mins, we cant spam our webserver with checks every 5 seconds to update a list that only changes once or twice in a day, that plus the user visits could DDoS us 
Also is there any difference to notice an trunk update 5 minutes earlier than normal? Come on, you dont update your server in realtime right?
