Valakas doubts and rework (dont is newbie doubt ^^)

My players are entering in valakas lair, but only one make the quest.

Is it an exploit? How does it work on retail?

The "exploit" is, 1 sumonner make the quets and call all players to crystal room.

Waht happens in retail?

Other point is:

The Valakas AI iths very very large file, few functions and many many many "ifs" and "sub ifs". Wouldn't be a good idea to make a rework on the script?

Wrong...its zone where you need to have finished quest (the same as Hellbound) and those who have finished quest and obtained the quest item needed to enter valaka lair can be summoned..the same on HB...

and the quest item will be consumed when you are being summoned into the zone?

you mean Valakas Lair ? You need it to enter the doors to valakas afaik... problem on L2J is that the "step" behind Klein on retail isnt possible to walk or jump over...on L2J its geodata problem that ppl enter... i will check for the item consume when i go there again or i ask some summoner to summon me there not sure if i can manage this on retail or PTS...will see

Medvedik wrote that summoner couldnt summon him behind Klein.. so everybody has to enter through Klein and he takes Vaculiate orb or whatever item it is.. on L2j its possible to jump through geodata if you know how and enter without a quest.

As temp fix for that, you can make a verification of possession of the floating stone whitout removing it at Klein and only take it at the Heart of Volcano.

well..that area behind klein...
its not true that u need to have finished quest
at this location there are (should be) 2 zones, klein will give u access to enter these zones (once u give him that floating stone)
so zones work same way as boss zones, but im not sure if with current boss zones we can have 2 zones and walking within eachother without porting once u leave and reenter...

Good idea, technically it would be equal to the Retail. In Retail is different only because the engine is different, the idea is the same.

Another possibility is, once done the quest to create a second item while Valakas not be killed. And create a new check in hit valaks to teleport if not have this new item.

First I wanted to create the zone but when you look at the map it's scary
So if someone have a better idea I'm interrested.

Maybe, if the map title and zone name was different.

Example title and name and not only name.

here should be npoly points to that zones (dunno if both,untested, but description says 25_14 area, so should be it) and it really should be as raid zones, coz at these zones isnt possible to restart client (on disconnect 30 min for return)
