Steal Divinity, Anchor Bug?

- "Steal Divinity" not steal "Enchanter Ability - Barrier" with id="655" is a bug?

- Skill "Anchor" with id="1170" paralize after some second is right?
(Ex i cast Anchor with necro and the effect on the target is activated after some second)

anchor is retail like ;)

Just read the description in client...
Anchor: Causes the enemy's body to go completely rigid for 15 seconds and causes paralysis for 10 seconds.
