For this you have to add many thing like : FAKE PCS patch then you can add that NPC...
And a advise for you, try to make your own npc's easy and you don't have to copy people.

Im not copying anyone... I just need some guide,or some modifed npcs,because i dont know how to make them on my own... If you can help me,then give me the advice (how can i make my own npc) and tell me where can i find program... And how can i make NPC look like character...? Thanks
search on forum for custom mods. check wiki for how to apply patches. if you dont understand anything what i write, check google and read. it is all there. thanks.
